Bo Anderson is a business transactional attorney with substantial experience concentrated in banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation, corporate restructurings, corporate governance, entity formation and private equity transactions.

With an advanced degree in taxation, Mr. Bo Anderson strives to provide clients with a unique perspective in all their business transactions. Mr. Bo Anderson has significant experience in many aspects of complex commercial transactions, from initial negotiations to post-closing matters, and in the daily counseling of financial institutions, including with respect to their executive compensation and related matters. As a part of his practice, Mr. Anderson represents clients as outside general counsel, taking a hands-on approach in managing all aspects of corporate legal affairs and risk assessment. 

Mr. Anderson works closely with clients in the preparation of executive employment agreements, severance and change in control agreements, where he has negotiated numerous non-compete agreements and releases and has established equity and non-equity incentive plans and nonqualified deferred compensation plans, paying particular attention to tax law requirements, including Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code.

Results-oriented and innovative, Mr. Anderson helps companies integrate their legal and corporate strategy to solve complex problems in order to achieve their short and long-range business goals.

Mr. Anderson is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law, and he received his Master of Laws degree in Taxation from the University of Denver School of Law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Washburn University.
