Dina Bernardelli’s practice focuses on insurance coverage and civil litigation. She has more than a decade of experience representing clients in insurance coverage analysis and bad faith claims handling, and complex commercial litigation.
Ms. Dina M. Bernardelli has effectively analyzed complex insurance coverage issues across multiple lines including CGL, PL, WRAP, Property, E&O, D&O, and Auto in multiple jurisdictions.
She has broad litigation experience spanning issues including construction-defect liability, professional liability, premises liability, personal injury, employment, insurance bad faith, and subrogation claims.
Ms. Dina M. Bernardelli also provides contract review and drafting, and insurance coverage review for clients seeking to minimize risk in the event of a future claim. She has presented continuing education courses and published on subjects including insurance coverage and bad faith, additional insureds and indemnity, cyber liability, and construction law.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Bernardelli was a legal clerk in the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague, Netherlands.
Ms. Bernardelli is a graduate of Boston College Law School where she was Executive Articles Editor and a published contributor to the Boston College International and Comparative Law Review, and a member of the Eastern Region award-winning Jessup International Moot Court Team. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame.
