Ms. Hoover has been practicing insurance law in Colorado and California since 1989. She has a long track record of resolving coverage disputes without resorting to litigation. She fashions creative and cost-effective solutions to complex problems while keeping clients out of costly court battles, when possible.

A strong advocate, Ms. Hoover provides insurance coverage counsel for policyholders in all types of insurance, including construction defect, flood damage, widespread hail damage, environmental, title, disability and countless other claims. She also has significant experience in recent years with builder’s risk and Owner Controlled Insurance Policies, also known as OCIP or Wrap Policies.
