Otteson Shapiro Managing Partner Steve Shapiro was a featured presenter at a CBA Construction Law Section Webinar titled “Things You Should Know About Insurance on Construction Projects.” On the November 15 webinar Mr. Shapiro discussed the common insurance exclusions and factual pitfalls that attorneys need to watch for as they’re drafting contracts and navigating through a claim.
