Mergers & Acquisitions

Whether large or small, complex or routine, our team of transactional attorneys understands that every transaction is unique and significant in its own way to the participants involved. It is this combination of understanding and experience that allows our attorneys to realize the roles and needs of key stakeholders. We can then successfully navigate the big-picture issues at stake in a transaction and structure transactions to achieve optimal results in a timely fashion. We never lose sight of the unrelenting attention to detail and adherence to deadlines necessary to successfully guide a transaction to closing.

Among others industries, our transactional attorneys have experience in:

  • Financial services
  • Aerospace
  • Real estate
  • Software and Technology

Regardless of the industry, every business transaction needs sufficient capital to finance the transaction. Our attorneys have counseled clients on a wide range of capital raises and financings, both private and public, equity, debt and hybrid. By assisting our clients with obtaining financing for their transactions and counseling them on the legal and practical issues that can arise along the way, our attorneys help ensure that our clients not only successfully complete their transaction, but also have the resource to achieve their business goals.
