Sheri Kelly-Rabolt joined Otteson Shapiro as a banking attorney in May 2025. She is a dedicated banking attorney, with more than 25 years of experience representing community and national banks and financial institutions documenting loans for multi-million dollar real estate transactions. She also has extensive experience with Public Trustee foreclosures, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, and documenting loan modifications, forbearance agreements, and other agreements to address defaulted loans.
