Peter Morgan

Peter Morgan is a partner based out of Otteson Shapiro’s Denver office. He represents policyholders in insurance coverage disputes and bad faith litigation. Peter has more than 25 years of experience handling claims across nearly every type of insurance, including commercial general liability, professional liability, property, builders’ risk, directors and officers, claims made, homeowners, employment practices liability, cyber, financial institution bonds, automobile, excess, umbrella, and life insurance. Peter has litigated and tried cases in state and federal courts, appellate courts and arbitration, and also lectures on insurance coverage and claims handling.
