Kate Turshen Schroepfer

Kate Turshen Schroepfer joined Otteson Shapiro as a partner in 2025, bringing extensive experience in a broad range of commercial finance transactions. Her practice focuses on asset-based and cash flow financings, secured and unsecured acquisition financings, real estate financings, leveraged buyouts, mezzanine financings, recapitalizations and refinancings.

Ms. Schroepfer also counsels clients on the disposition and acquisition of distressed assets and loans and other complex real estate and commercial matters.
