SBBO Partners Christian Otteson and Steve Shapiro have been named Barrister’s Best 2020 by Law Week Colorado.  In this annual survey the staff and readers of Colorado’s top legal publication chose winners in over 100 different categories celebrating the best of the legal world in Colorado. 

This year both partners are named “Barrister’s Choice,” the best of the best as selected by Law Week with input from readers as well as the publication’s editorial staff.  In previous years both Mr. Otteson and Mr. Shapiro were honored as “People’s Choice,” which is based on reader votes.

 For the fifth consecutive year Mr. Otteson was named Barrister’s Best, this year as Barrister’s Choice 2020 for “Best Banking Lawyer.” 

 Mr. Shapiro was named Barrister’s Best Barrister’s Choice 2020 for “Best Insurance Lawyer for Plaintiffs.” He was previously recognized in 2016, 2018 and 2019.

 Law Week’s annual list is compiled, with input from the publication’s readers, to help identify the most prominent, highest performing and well established lawyers in each practice area.
